Description:
Manage and oversee the entire day to day operation on assigned
accounts. Manage team of Temp Housing specialists (where applicable).
Point of escalation for issues with transferees, clients and
suppliers. Facilitator of problem resolution. Ensure high quality of
service delivery and compliance with Temp Housing policies. Work
with senior/VIP transferees, group moves and training programs. Single
point of accountability to the client and Director of corporate
housing. Responsible for day to day operation on the assigned
accounts. Distribute workload/files to the team. Provide feedback and
updates on the day to day operation to the client and the Director of
Corporate Housing.
Maintain strong relationships with the
suppliers/providers. Participate in clients visits and
presentations. Assist with RFPs. Educate client on minor Temp Housing
issues as related to policy. Coordinate with internal departments to
ensure minimal errors on the account (billing, reporting and a/p).
Requirements:
High School diploma required, college degree preferred. Strong
customer service experience.
Working knowledge of various software packages. Excellent written and
verbal communication skills
Effective problem solving skills. Strong conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work under stress and maintain high level of detail while
multi
tasking. CRP and or GMS designation preferred.
